38 pictures from American photographer Wayne Schoenfeld’s “Icones, iconoclasts” will be on display in Paris for four days during the 32nd annual Circus of Tomorrow Festival. This self-taught former businnessman came to photography late in life and has for the past three years been covering the circus around the world. The series we have selected for you was inspired by mythical images of the American circus during the great depression of 1930. A book in collaboration with the Cirque du Soleil was recently published.
