Femininity, glamour, playful, dreamy, and some black & white. These are but a few of the ingredients we found in the kitchens of several fashion magazines this Fall season.

In Another Magazine, one of my personal favorite titles, Paolo Roversi shot some striking images in this beautifully contrasted story of textures and tones of the model Ajak, published in their Autumn/Winter 2011 issue.

For the Italian edition of Flair, Jean François Campos shot this peculiar yet lovely image of model Myf Shepard in their November 2011 issue, while Gregory Derkenne photographed a beautiful black and white portrait of the model-turned-actress Diane Kruger for Citizen K's latest issue.

In keeping with the moment, Russian Vogue worked with Vincent Peters in a story featuring model Ginta Lapina, capturing a pause reminiscent of another iconic blond. Sexy and grainy were two additional ingredients that photographer Ezra Petronio kept in mind during this shoot for Self Service's Autumn/Winter 2011 issue, with a sultry Anja Rubik.

And who better to remind us of glamour then the kaiser himself, Karl Lagerfeld, in this quite remarkable image for the October 2011 issue of American Harper's Bazaar, seemingly transporting us to earlier times. In yet another fashion royalty photo excursion, Julia Restoin-Roitfield (yes, Carine's daughter) shoots a series of self-portraits in a Liz Taylor-meets-Cindy Sherman inspired story for V Magazine's issue 73.

Looking over to Scandinavia, Swedish ELLE works with photographer Andreas Ohlund in what is, simply, a pretty and feminine image, for their November 2011 issue. Mert and Marcus yet again - the pair shooting this time for American Vogue>/em>'s November 2011 issue, a photo of the actress Rooney Mara renacting Hamlet's Ophelia.

Oyster's November/December 2011 issue sees a playful moment photographed by Will Davidson, of model Lindsey Wixon having a ball in rollerskates. A quick leg-up to ELLE France's October 28th issue, with a fun shot by Viki Forshee and an array of cloned models showing of some of this season's shoes.

For Grey's Fall 2011 issue, two wonderful images by Deborah Turbeville. And to end, we'll soak everything in water, just as Sebastian Faena did for V Man's issue 23. Blended well, it should keep us chock-full of essential vitamins and images, until next time.
