Introduction
Ever since its foundation in Geneva in 1991, the Analix gallery has been dedicated to the promotion of young contemporary artists, to the development of numerous cultural activities in addition to the organization of artistic programmes in Switzerland and in foreign countries.

What is your point of view on the financial side of the photographic market today ?
Photography is in a transitional stage, transformed by the arrival of digital techniques, caught up in a global tide of moving and fixed images, confronted with many questions and in total transformation. At the same time, like a natural consequence, we are rediscovering traditional photography, with negatives. We can no longer talk simply about photography, but about pluralistic photographic methods that don’t necessarily identify with the specific medium utilized. Paris Photo’s interest in new mediums is an example of this evolution.
