Bonni Benrubi Gallery in New York, opened its fourth exhibition of the work of Matthew Pillsbury, on the evening of February 23. Pillsbury's current work is an exploration of New York City and the events and places that define New York. Using a large-format (8x10) camera, black and white film, and different time exposures, Pillsbury creates images of movement and stillness combined that give us a fresh insight into the events around us.
