Born 38 years ago in Madrid, Eugenio Recuenco is one of the most important Spanish photographers on the international scene. With a master’s gift for chiaroscuro, Recuenco is considered the spiritual heir to Goya, El Greco and above all Zurbarán.

He creates highly evocative scenes that reveal a mysterious world. It’s impossible to look away.
