His name is Christophe Jacrot. He’s a reader of Le Journal. Born in Paris in 1960, Jacrot was a theatre director before coming to photography through an obsession with weather. His first book, Paris sous la pluie, was published by Chêne in 2007. He was in New York for Hurricane Sandy, and took these pictures.
