What Will Happen to Sipa Press ?

On Monday, January 21, 2013, the administrative receiver Maître Poli will have on his desk all of the twenty or so proposals from lawyers and/or companies to take over the agency Sipa Press, which has been in bankruptcy reorganization proceedings since December 6, 2012. The quality of these offers will decide the agency's future.
