"All my art revolves around the beauty I find in cities, in elements that often go unnoticed. I try to reveal things by putting them in a different perspective, without modifying reality. , I never modify elements of a picture, merge different images or ask people to pose. There is in my opinion no need to force beauty, it is already out there."
Pedro Correa was born in Madrid, in the hot summer of 1977. After living in Madrid and Avignon, he moved to Brussels, where he did some boring studies as well as oil painting and comic art at the Brussels Royal Academy of Arts. Fascinated about how photography could give him the opportunity to paint reality with light, he has put all his heart and soul in this art for the last 5 years. He currently lives in Brussels and alternates exhibitions of his personal projects about city life and assignments.
