Sabrina Gaudio was born in 1982 in Roosendaal, Netherlands. She started practicing photography as a youngster, when she was introduced to the surreal world of photographers such as Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Robert Capa. Inspired by these grandmasters, she recorded many friends on film, thanks to her analog, almost antique Minolta camera. Encouraged by her environment she started Fine Arts study at Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, but soon changed to The Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague to dedicate her life to the camera she studied photography. After graduation she travelled all over the world, with her camera and a backpack. Later she started part time studies at Fontys School of Arts in Tilburg, to become a teacher in Fine Arts. Sabrina is currently working as a freelance photographer, for several clients among which BN de Stem, Brabants Dagblad, Kamer van Koophandel Zuid-West Brabant, Hap&Tap Magazine and Qaviaar Magazine. She is also working part time as a teacher in photography at the Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam.
