In 2013, the tenth edition of the Photaumnales will be held in Beauvais, France, from September 14 to November 3.

Diaphane, is a photography center in Picardie, Fred Boucher and Adriana Wattel, are in charge of the event. They are launching a call for applications from professional photographers in order to select the works that will be presented at next year’s festival.

The Photaumnales festival is oriented toward documentary photography. Exhibitions on the theme “Anniversary” will be presented in the festival’s 15 to 20 exhibition spaces. Every artist will receive 600€ to help produce the exhibition, and local travel and lodging expenses will be covered.
