As we announced last November, thirty years after its disappearance, the first issue of the magazine Camera is back on magazine stands with a similar design, logo, paper density and look.

Camera was founded in 1922 by Adolf Herz and the Swiss publisher C.J. Bucher. It played a decisive role in the history of photography, starting with the arrival of Allan Porter in 1965, until it shut down in December 1982, having been taken over by the Ringier Group in 1973. Three decades later, publisher Bruno Bonnabry-Duval and editor-in-chief Brigitte Ollier are taking into account how the world of photography has changed. They plan to target a wider audience, from amateurs to collectors, with an initial printing of 20,000 copies. The bilingual magazine (French-English) is available by subscription and at some newsstands and bookstores.
