Users are expressly reminded that the confidentiality of correspondence cannot be guaranteed on the internet and that it is their responsibility to take all necessary and appropriate measures to protect their own data and software from infection by any viruses, cookies or any other undesirable items propagated or circulating on the internet. Users must also ensure that they do not cause or contribute to the infection of the internet and in particular of the Journal de la Photographie site with any virus.
Any total or partial reproduction, by any means and on any medium, of the pages, data or other elements constituting the Journal de la Photographie site is prohibited without express prior authorisation, and is an offence punishable in accordance with Article L. 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Site information and content:
Le Journal de la Photographie endeavours to ensure that the information and content on its site is correct and reliable. However, errors may occur and the information presented on the site is presented for information purposes only. In no circumstances will Le Journal de la Photographie be liable in respect of such information and content. Le Journal de la Photographie reserves the right to change or replace the information contained on the Journal de la Photographie site without prior notice to its customers. Le Journal de la Photographie shall in no circumstances be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the site or arising from payments made on the site.
Users undertake to comply strictly with rules of public policy and with legal and regulatory provisions, when accessing and using the site. The term “remuneration” or its equivalent, which is sometimes used on certain members’ pages, shall be understood in accordance with current legislative provisions, and in particular the General Taxation Code. Members acknowledge that they have made the necessary arrangements and that in no circumstances may Le Journal de la Photographie be held liable in that respect. Users also undertake not to communicate, by any means whatever, in any of the press media, forums, chats, blogs and in particular the interactive services of Le Journal de la Photographie, any content, document and information that is unlawful or harmful, and in particular any messages of an offensive, insulting, defamatory, denigratory, degrading or pornographic nature. Le Journal de la Photographie reserves the right, in the context of its responsibilities, to delete any content of any nature whatever, and in particular any message in any form whatever, that is contrary to French law or propriety, and to do so immediately without prior notice.
Conditions of use:
The Journal de la Photographie site can be consulted only in digital form using your computer and browsing software. Printing onto paper is not allowed in any form, even in the case of private copies for the exclusive use of the copier in accordance with Article L. 122-5-2 of the Intellectual Property Code. Any use not expressly referred to herein, or not authorised by a written agreement with Le Journal de la Photographie, is not accepted and will require our express prior agreement in writing.
Limitation of liability:
Le Journal de la Photographie endeavours to be accessible 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. However, the Journal de la Photographie site cannot be held liable in the event of damage or of a temporary or permanent incident caused to users or to third parties when accessing the site, consulting its pages or more generally when transmitting or downloading files, consulting data or computer programmes comprising the site on their computer, and in particular, in the event of problems of force majeure, computer difficulties, difficulties associated with the telecommunications networks, technical difficulties, hosting difficulties or difficulties associated with the electrical network. The Journal de la Photographie site is not liable for any fraudulent use of its broadcasting resources and disclaims any involvement in that connection.
Access to the Journal de la Photographie site:
Le Journal de la Photographie reserves the right, for any reasons and in particular for maintenance reasons, to interrupt access to its services. As far as possible, it will endeavour to warn users of such interruptions in advance.
The creation of HTML links to the Journal de la Photographie site is subject to the prior approval of the Director of Publications. Le Journal de la Photographie shall not in any circumstances be liable for HTML links from the site to other sites.
The trademarks of the operator of this site and its logos appearing thereon have been registered. Any total or partial reproduction of these trademarks and logos without the express prior authorisation in writing of the operator of the site is prohibited, within the meaning of Article L. 713-2 of the Intellectual Property Code.
